  1. Eligibility. Keagan’s Ireland giveaway is only open to residents of Hampton Roads, the Peninsula and the Richmond Area of Virginia (Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Newport News, Hampton, Williamsburg, Poquoson, Gloucester, Richmond, Henrico County and the immediate surrounding areas) who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry AND fans of Keagan's facebook page.. Current and former employees of Keagan’s Restaurant Group as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
  2. Timing. The contest begins on January 22nd, 2010 at 5 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 11th, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the contest.
  3. How to Enter. During the Promotion Period, visit Keagan’s Irish Pub Facebook Page and follow the instructions to complete registration. Complete and submit the registration including full name, valid home address (P.O. boxes are not permitted), e-mail address, phone number and date of birth.
    Limit: Any attempts by entrant to obtain grand prize by use of multiple/different identities, e-mail address, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet service provider, online service provider or any other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
  4. Grand Prize: Administrator will take the totals and select the potential Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries received on or about March 12th, 2010. The Winner will be announced on March 13th, 2010 at Finn McCool’s Fish House and Tavern at approximately 8 p.m. The potential winners will be notified by mail, e-mail or phone if not present at announcement. Each potential winner will be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release within the required time period, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that the potential Grand Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the Grand Prize to the second place winner. Alternate winners are subject to all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Only (2) alternate winners will be selected after which the Grand Prize will remain un-awarded.
  5. Prizes:  ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Dublin, Ireland. Prize package includes round trip coach airfare for two (2) from Norfolk International Airport, transportation to and from the airport, three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel double occupancy, including taxes and service fees, a private tour and luncheon of the Guinness Brewery, and a tour of the Jameson Distillery. Winner must be able to travel on the allotted date or prize will be forfeited. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this contest, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of the winner. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor is not responsible if any tour or event is delayed, postponed or cancelled in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner and travel companions are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel. Winner and guest are solely responsible for their own conduct while accepting the prize and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to use and enjoyment of the prize, including, but not limited to, consumption of alcoholic beverages. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, or certificates. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries receives during Promotion Period.
  6. Release: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Keagan’s Restaurant Group and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the contest, receipt or misuse of any prize or use or publication by Sponsor of any written materials, photographs or video provided to Sponsor by winner relating to the contest or prize.
  7. Publicity: Participation in the contest constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, and opinions for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. Winner also grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display, in any media now known or later developed, any written material, photographs or video provided by winner to Sponsor relating to the Contest or prize.
  8. General Conditions:Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
    An RSVP will be counted if the person has listed a current city within the areas chosen, or if a person has a college network of CNU, Old Dominion, William and Mary or VCU. An RSVP will be counted if the person has a college network outside of the chosen areas but has listed a current city or hometown within the areas chosen. An RSVP will not be counted if a person has a current city outside the areas chosen. An RSVP will not be counted if the person has a college network outside of the areas chosen with a hometown or current city outside of the areas chosen. An RSVP will not be counted if the person has a college network outside of the areas chosen and does not have a current city or hometown listed. Keagan’s Restaurant Group reserves the right to judge whether a person’s RSVP will or will not be counted.
  9. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
  10. Entrant’s Personal Information: Any information given to the Sponsor, including name, address, e-mail address or telephone number will be kept confidential and for our use only.
  11. Winner List: Winner list will be available after March 14th, 2010. It can be viewed at www.keagans.com
